Lasty month I got an alert saying my EQ score went down due to 40% Utilization on one card. I went ahead and paid the balance to $0. I have another card I keep the balance on at around 4%. I get another alert yesterday saying that my EX score went down due to paying it to $0 and my EQ went up 9 points for paying it to zero. Why is it one CRA does one thing and another CRA does it different? Seems like I am damned either way I go? Anyone got an idea of what I need to do to keep both CRAs happy? Thanks
What are your scores, and what were the specific point values the scores changed with each update?

You're misreading the alerts. Just because the information and the score change are reported in the same alert does NOT mean that the information caused the score change. It may be entirely unrelated.
