My scores are the following.....
MyFico my Equifax score is 552. Also with Equifax showing all 3 of my scores it's, Eq 592, Trans 554, and Ex 482
But once I pull my scores from their individual sites it's alot different. Trans is 582 and Ex is 521. My scores are low because of a Ch7 and i'm looking to rebuild but with everything all over the place. It just confuses me..... Is this normal for everyone or what's the deal?
Welcome to the world of confusion.
Yes, it is normal. There are many factors that come to play in this.
1. FAKO vs FICO The scores you pulled from the CRAs are FAKOs, if you look at the fine print, it will say it's for educational purposes only and may not reflect the scores your lenders use.
2. Different CRAs have different information reporting. Not all creitors or CAs report everything to all 3, so there are usually some differences.
3. Each one of your FICOs use different scoring models, some may have more positive or negative impacts on your scoring
Where you are now, I wouldn't worry about scores. I would focus on cleaning my CR and making it healthier. The scores will follow.
Thanks for the advice, I have taken steps to improve my credit. By getting some items deleted and I've opened up 2 Cap1 cc's,1 unsecured at $300 and secured at $250 and also a $500 secured NFCU card.
You have an excellent start! Garden those accounts well!
