Hello all,
can anyone one tell me about a consumer lending score? I just applied for a auto loan and they said I had a score of 620 which is different than what my FICO states.
Your finance manager should be able to tell you what score they used.
Chances are, they used one of the other flavors of FICO. FICO Score 8 is common for many lenders, but for auto loans, they may real on a different version of FICO (such as FICO Score 4, or FICO Score 9, or FICO Auto Score 2, etc). Every lender users a different flavor of FICO for their own reasons and purposes.

If you were to pull a full 3-bureau report from MyFICO, then look at the different scores, you will probably be able to tell exactly which score they pulled. It was probably, but not necessarily, one of the "Auto enhanced" scores.
