So this is what I got with Experian much higher than I thought or do they just want me to apply for credit cards? and how accurate is this the last time I checked my credit score was 12 months ago and it was about 745

Thanks for all the help today I guess I'm just being paranoid but I learned about UT didn't even know about that so I learned something today thanks folks for all the help.....
your score changes often. a year is a long time to go w/o checking. my scores change at least 15 times per month with the # of accounts I have reporting at different times w/ different balances.
utilization is easier when you grow your CL's and then you can be a bit more lax with the spending reporting and taking away points. just set a mental limit and leave the actual limits intact.
