I don't believe FICO score CL cutoffs alters the information reported on MyFico credit report accounts.


I have reestablished credit over the last couple years
so my moniker is, well, rather out of date.

I'm not sure where you're going with that, but my 40K CC reports my CL, balance and high balance. In fact, all of my other CC's are reporting the same info.

Same here. The OP's question is about the difference between utilization reported on credit reports and the utilization he calculates from the credit reports. I doubt what a FICO scoring algorithm excludes or includes has any affect on what is reported on his credit reports. AFAIK, FICO algoritms are quite secret and only output scores and reason codes so I don't see how it would impact reported utilization percentages.
