Credit score harmed by incomplete reporting. Advice needed.

This is a statement regarding my credit report with Truecredit by Transunion:

Here is the statement on my report:

- GMAC MORTGAGE More about this account|Dispute -
- - - - -
- Account No.: ******* *******
- Condition: Closed Closed (Paid)
- Balance: $0
- Type: FHA real estate mortgage FHA real estate mortgage
- Pay Status: Current Current

Then is goes on to make this statement:

These are the factors impacting your score:

  • None of your real estate accounts show a credit amount. [TransUnion, Experian , Equifax]   Lenders may be able to better evaluate your creditworthiness if there is more information about your accounts on your credit report.

What am I supposed to do to prevent truecredit from listing an item of this nature that is negatively affecting my credit when I have no control on how Mortage companies present their incomplete statements?  Thank you for considering my issue.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for serving!

Ignore TrueCredit's advice and scores. FICO scoring is different than the scores offered by TC (Vantage Scores) and their advice is always way off base. A lender won't look at your $0 balance loan and think of you as a credit risk.
