While I agree with the overall points, the comment on time can't be validated without more information from the OP regarding what his file looks like today and what score that file generates.  For example, someone could have a 750 score today with just 1 major negative item on their CR and next week with that item gone their score is 820. 

Also a young file handled correctly and optimized is capable of 800 in probably 2 years time, give or take.
