Deletions

I've completed the Rehab program 8/28/15 with ECMC they'll soon delete these 3 off my CR in 30-45 days. I have 3 other negatives I'm going to pay this month. Also 3 CC's I'm paying on time that's showing positive, and 12 inquiries that are 1 year old as of this month next year they'll drop off in Sept. How long will it take to build from a 502 score? The three negatives won't delete after I pay so they'll be there showing PAID. I'm trying to rebuild but I need some more advice. Thanks

Re: Deletions

If the bank/collection agency agreed to delete once paid in full, that will be your biggest jump in score right there.  I would make that your highest priority for now.

I recently saw a collections account pop up on my report, i paid immediately, and they deleted it.  I saw a 50 point jump in score in both directions when this occured from start to finish.  This was only one tradeline, you have six (?).  I would think it would be a most significant jump in score for you.

Re: Deletions

My utilization rate was 104% and I'm realizing that has a big impact on my score. I'm waiting for updates of my CR now my newest question is should I pay my CC balances to $0 to see an increase? Also I have 7 deletions on my Experian CR.

Re: Deletions

Kudos my goal is to get rid of all neg items. I realized I have two judgements. One is 5& the other is 2 yrs old. Are those still weighing me down? I plan on paying them off tax time. All 12 hard inquiries will also be off by 9/16. So when should I try to get s car loan?
