Fair Isaac creates scoring models which are sold to the CRAs. The scores are generated by the CRAs from the information that they possess, which includes your identifying information. The scores you get here are obtained from the CRAs, not from a database of information at Fair Isaac. It's not unlike any other third-party purveyor of credit reports and other scoring models.
