appx. how may points i stand to regain once my mortgage company removes a 30 day late from my history occuring back in Sept. '08. the error was caused by them and not by me. They have agreed to remove it, once i provided them with the proof.
If you have no baddies on your CR (other lates, CAs, COs, PRs, etc.), then I'd say at least 30 pts. If you have other baddies, then it would be much less. Make sure you are looking at a before and after FICO report for accurate comparison.
