Does recording a private investment with the County Recorder impact our FICO score?

We bought a very small house from the bank, with all cash using money pooled together by relatives.  We were told by our CPA to record the loans from the relatives with the County Recorder's office so we can receive a mortgage deduction.  Will doing so impact our FICO score?  Thank you very much.

I don't see how it could.

The only way that your FICO scores (you have three) would be impacted is if a lender reported to the credit bureaus that they had extended you credit. Presumably your relatives aren't going to suddenly sign contracts with the CRA's and report your "account."

I may have missed something here (wouldn't be the first time), but I think you're good.
