EQ inquiries

My brother was at 0/24 inquiries with EQ.  Penfed then double pulled him both with EQ.  Zero score movement. Just throwing this out for some DPs

Facinating. I had the same thing happen to me. I had a hard EQ pull and none  of my EQ Fico scores moved at all. Oddly enough, my EQ Vantagescore did fall by 3 points, though. I did have immediate updates to my scores, so if the Fico scores had changed, I would have known about it. 

Edit: I should also point out that my inquiries also came from PenFed!

For me in the past, I would see a Fico8 decrease every second HP.  I remember once I had an HP removed on EQ report and score didnt move.  Realizing I could take a "free" HP, I apped for my Cabelas Visa card.  Only score movement was when the new account posted.  I personally never seen 2 "free" HPs before.
