Just a data point. One of my inquiries just passed the 12 month mark, and I got a bump from 732 to 742 on Experian. This was a drop from 5 to 4 in the last year. No change in any of the other factors; util, account age, etc. And my file's been stable since October. I have another one that will pass the year mark in four days. It'll be interesting to see if anything happens.
