That being the case, my best guest would be 18 months AAoA causing the increases.

I think you're right. And yes, those are current aging values, as of the 1st.
The only reason I wasn't sure anymore is because last month I found a training document with a slide dedicated to Number of Months Since Oldest Revolving Account Opening under the 'Credit History Length' section. It had some example (made-up) intervals listed. See this post.
That's one reason why I'm paying more attention to aging metrics related to revolving accounts. The other is a lot of already observed score changes at 3mo intervals of AoYRA.
