I have been PIF after statements cut for awhile now (report balances on 7 or 8 cards at 5% to 40%) and occasionally PIF before to see what happens(1 at 9%).
TU fluctuates a few points, EX 5 or 6, EQ 20.
I expect your EQ will look pretty good when you are done with your tax mission. :]
