Effect on score from inq's for non TLs

Do inquiries for new TLs count against your fico score differently than inquiries for things like cable, phone, utilies, etc or do they all count in the same way?

Afaik, they count the same.

On inquiries initiated by creditors affect your FICO scores. Those generated with credit checks for utilities and such do not count.

All inquires that are for the purpose of extending credit affect your score.  Cable, cell phones, electric etc, are an extention of credit and are HP.
