I have student loans through Navient. Let's say hypothetically, I would be offered student loan forgiveness for partial or the remaining balance... would that affect my score seeing that account is 8 yrs and is helping with my AAOA?
Hi - I had my balance zeroed out on my student loans last year. I was hoping for some change of some sort on my credit scores but it had no effect whatsoever. I believe I read others had a similar result. I was kind of bummed out about it but having a zero balance on my student loans was very satisfying. Best of luck!
