. Flustered. I'm calling myFico's customer service tomorrow to see why it dropped. Now I'm concerned about this 4 point drop on my Equifax score with the only thing that comes up with is that the balance of one my cards went from $6 to $0. Conversely, Transunion's FICO 8 score goes up 5 points for the same reason. I'm stumped.

OK well that’s good the hp is not there, but calling customer service is not going to get you an answer as to why you had a 4 point drop, that’s what they have these forums for.
With that said there are any number of changes that could’ve occurred on your profile and they do not necessarily happen at the same time at all three bureaus. When a lender sends an update, all three bureaus may update at different times with that data.
Likewise sometimes an update is reflected in the score BEFORE you see it in the frontend.
The only way you are going to determine what caused it is if you have a before and after report or if you get an alert subsequently that clarifies it or you can figure it out.
Unless you can give us more data it’s gonna be difficult to determine the reason.

You are correct there Birdman. I just got off the phone with them and got nowhere. I'll just have to wait on my report on 8/13. Since there were no HP's, it had to have calculated with information that didn't report on the previous cycle. Which you mentioned in so many words with this reply.

It was. It really was.
Experian reported a $6 to $0 on my Citia DC and it increased my Exp Fico 8 score 4 points. Unbelievable.
