Experian FICO Scoring

I use experians credit monitoring service and when i check the part that says what lowers my score it says

"Your report does not show any open, currently active major credit card accounts, such as Discover, American Express, VISA, or MasterCard"

No i've had a payed on time discover card since 2001. What is the deal???

Ignore the advice and the score. That score isn't a FICO score, but rather a FAKO (a PLUS score maybe). Their scoring system is totally off-base when compared to a FICO score as is their advice.
