They giveth and then they taketh away. My Experian FICO 8 score goes up 9 points to 778 a couple of days ago when my Citi AAD reports a decrease in my utilization from $508(5%) to $401(4%). However, it just dropped 5 points to 773 when my CSP reported a decrease in my utilization from $368(7%) to $277(5%). How can this happen? What am I missing?

Neither the score gain nor the score drop were related to either of those utilization changes.
I don't know what you're missing, but one would need to examine the before and after reports to tell you that.

They're so similar. Nothing new on my Credit Report. Frustrating.
