Experian Question!

Hello!

Can anyone tell me why Experian seems to be the slowest at updating scores? I have seen my scores go up with Equifax and TU but Experian isn't moving!

Re: Experian Question!

Hey there.  Experian doesn't update scores, it updates data.  Is the data on your EX credit report the same as the data on your TU and EQ reports?  The data is what is used to generate your scores.  If your TU and EQ scores are significantly higher (say 10-20+ points) then there's a good chance that the data being used to generate your scores isn't the same across all 3 bureaus.  Perhaps some of your accounts haven't yet updated on EX, or perhaps you have some adverse information present on your EX report that isn't there on your TU or EQ reports.
