Ugh! I monitor my reports and scores daily. This morning I logged in to Experian and had a notification that my score dropped by 10 points. The reason was I paid one card in full and had a tiny CLI on it.
Cap 1 Platinum went from 178/400 to 0/500
Nothing else has changed on my report. I have 1 other card with a balance.
Discover It 0/1500
Cap 1 Platinum 0/500
Children's Place 31/500 (Paid, not updated yet)
Good Sam's 0/500
Cap 1 QS 230/1000 (Paid to 50/1000, not updated yet)
Now I'm worried that having paid down my QS card will decrease my score.

No, paying down your QS card from 230 to 50 will not in any way decrease your score. Increase, maybe. Decrease, never.
Bear in mind that the alerts on experian.com relate to changes from the day before, so you should compare the report from yesterday and the report from the day before that to see what's different. That's where you will find the answer.
