This can be the case when one reaches the ceiling of the scorecard that they're in. I think I went about a year with my TU FICO 8 score at 768, which seemed to be related to the dirty scorecard that I was in.
Yeah for Mom! I went thru the same thing earlier in the year. TU stayed below 740 for 14 months all thru 2018 until it finally moved past 740 or 6 pts. Its frustrating. But take what you can get.
