I also use Quizzle. Whose delt with them or heard the accurancy in it?

It's inaccurate compared to a FICO score, from what I recall when we could pull our EX FICO from here. Seems like mine was 40-50 points off. Quizzle uses a FAKO called a "CE Score".

Experian sells Vantage scores, how good are those?

They are useless. Besides VS using a different scoring formula than FICO the score ranges are not the same. VS ranges from 501-990 while FICO ranges from 300-850.

BTW EX also sells "Plus" scores which are just as worthless.

From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 10/10-813, TU - 10/10-774

i went to the annual credit report website yesterday to pull my annual 3 free CRs, and noticed when printing my EX report that they "offered" an EX  "credit score" (for only $7.95!). THANKS to reading here at myFICO, i knew that i would have gotten the EX vantage score and not a FICO score...saved myself some $$$   Smiley Very Happy

Re: Experian score

If you can get in with PSECU you will get your EX FICO every month around the 15th. Join the Pennsylvania Parks and Recreation program to get in.

Re: Experian score

Will joining Pennsylvania Recreation really qualify you for the Credit Union??

Re: Experian score

Truth be told, all credit scoring models INCLUDING FICO is useless to the consumer.  This is purely for the purpose of the lenders.  These models are rigged with about 80+ negatives against consumers, but only about 8 positives.  If someone can prove me wrong, by all means list the negatives and positives side-by-side and see the wide margin between the two.  So it doesn't really make sense to spend money to see where you stand -- I wish someone WOULD've had the nerve to ask me to pay to view my GPA back in school... I would've drop-kicked them all back to kindergarten.  But, FICO and others are soliciting people to pay to see their "GPA".  Shaking My Head.

Re: Experian score

Isn't Fair Isaacs a private, for-profit corporation? I can see how public schools and government funded entities should give the people free access to GPA's (actually, you can calculate that on your own in about 1 minute), but why would you expect a company to give you the product of their information-gathering efforts for free?

Put another way, how much would you charge me if I asked you to go to all my lenders and get status updates, organize it, score it compared to 250million others, and then get it back to me in a timely fashion? If you say you wouldn't charge me a nickel, then I would say you have alot of free time on your hands.

Re: Experian score

that's a totally bunk argument... I never asked them to collect all that information -- the lenders did, and they already paid for that. so why should I have to pay to see why I'm blackballed and what moth-ridden errors they compiled.
