Apparently some mortgage lenders have access to a simulator for your mortgage scores. I have read reports of them being able to very accurately predict your mortgage scores after you apply. People are told exactly what steps they need to do improve their scores before the final pull. I am not sure which lenders offer the service, though. I haven't seen one for the general public to use.
