My scores went up, on average, about 130 points through paying off $40,000 in credit card debt.
I went up from 660s - 670s to, at present, EQ: 801, EX: 797, TU, 796. Mostly low 800s in other FICO versions.

And I left (super low interest rates) two cards close to max but will be paying them both off in 10 days after the sale of our home. I would say my scores jumped 75+ points after paying off most of my debt. Thanks for all the advice!
Congratulations on your success!
