It depends on your profile and what scorecard you're in. When I was in a dirty scorecard, I had Fico scores that didn't move for nearly a year due to having hit a ceiling based on my profile. That being said, 6 months could definitely be considered a "normal" amount of time to see no score movement if in fact you've hit a ceiling.
As the other member asked above, where are you getting your scores? If you could also provide some information surrounding your profile that would be helpful... such as clean/dirty, thick/thin, young/aged, etc.
