Fico 8 Score Variance

Can anyone tell me why my Experian.com Fico 8 score and my Chase Slate Fico 8 score differ by 45 points? They both pull from Experian and both calculate using Fico 8 according to their websites. They were even both updated today!

I'm very confused. Chase Slate 629, Experian.com 674

Re: Fico 8 Score Variance

Your MyFico Score is a general score. Chase uses Fico plus some of their own proprietary informaiton to arrive at "their fico score" .

Updated scores 3/7/21 TU 849, EQ 829, Ex 818 (all Fico scores) Remember the Three P's: Pay early in Full, Pay on Time, Patience

I find that sort of interesting, because both websites say they use the Fico 8 scoring method. There is no mention of any other scoring in the fine print.
