I applied for Auto Loan and got a letter from the bank saying that the BEACON is not available but, later I got a letter from CapOne where I had applied for a Credit Card with my Equifax Beacon. Experian or Equifax isn't showing the FICO Score.
Is this standard when items are in dispute?/

FICO has a minimum standard of having at least one account with six reported payments, and one account updated within the last six months... otherwise, no score for you.
Disputes can discount tradelines altogether, and if you have a number of disputes which leaves you with less than the above standard, then it's probable that a score won't be generated.
But, why would TransUnion generate a FICO Score but not Experian or Equifax?

You likely have an account on your TU report that isn't showing on the others.
Nope, that's the funny part about it.
TransUNion actually has less reportin then Equifax or Experian.
