"Accurate" compared to what? Accurate as to what lenders pull? Accurate why your CC-issuer migh use? Accurate compared to a non-FICO score? Accurate to a score found on some site somewhere?

Mortgage lenders pull FICO scores. The EQ FICO on here matches nearly all of the EQ FICO pulls out there when compared the same day. The TU FICO not so much. While several mortgage lenders do use the same TU FICO on here, a large majority do not so the scores may not match when compared the same day. Other lenders like CC-issuers or car lenders won't necessarily use the same type of FICO as found on here. It varies by lender.

And as to a non fico score
We call non-FICO scores "FAKOs". Ignore them. They aren't reliable and your FICO can easily be the same, 20 off, 50 off, 100+ off when compared the same day. I had one FAKO off by 225 pts from my FICO when compared the same day.
