Should I have it removed from my credit reports?
When I first started my credit journey, First Premier Bank was a card I chose....but for a brief moment. I opened the account in January 2014 and closed the account within 10-15 days. During that time frame First Premier Bank reported to all 3 credit bureaus the $300 credit limit (even though I did not receive a card from them).
The account shows the status as "pays account as agreed" and remarks "account closed at consumer's request".
What would be the basis for getting it removed?
Does it look bad, maybe; awkward certainly. Not a single national bank card in your siggy? Might be worse than FP to some underwriters.
.

There is no activity showing for that account. That is why I asked the question "should I have it removed?"
Not sure what looks good on a credit report and what doesn't.....still learning. ![]()
As far as no prime cards in my signature, well I'm still in my building stage. I've come from a person that had no credit history to slowly gathering credit. I also know my financial limitation.
Eventually, I will add a prime card or two in my signature....but all in my own timing. ![]()
