Fraud Dispute with Experian Deleted Legit Inquires

Hello! As the title says, I have a fraud dispute on going with the credit bureaus and I recently was approved for a Chase Marriott card 2 days ago. I woke up this morning to see my dispute results completed, Experian deleted my chase inquiry associated with this new account. Will this account be in jeporday of being closed? They also pulled TU (the inquiry is still on there) and I have a checking and savings account with Chase as well.

You should be fine keeping the card. Chase when they performed the HP on EX already have what they needed a few days ago to approve you for the card; they did their job showing other lenders you were applying for credit with the HP reporting. What the bureaus do as far as redacting that pull (legit or not) is not on Chase and will not affect you. I would monitor your EX report to be on the safe side for the next month to make sure there are no other surprises

Phew that’s a relief to hear, I was definitely worried! I’m monitoring it now. I just froze all my credit bureau reports
