This may be a question that has been answered before but what constitutes a H or L deg? Is it amount owed, type, or something else I'm completely missing?
What is an "H or L deg"?
I read it on the scorecard post. It showed High or Low? as scorecard assignments. I couldn't reply to that post bc it said not to
Hmm link to said post please?

It's in the graph in the reply. I may be over analyzing it.
Might be best to ask @Thomas_Thumb about that.
If I'm getting what your asking, like a bankruptcy and charge off would be high. Was this what you're asking?
Sorry if I haven't been clear. Still very new to this. But yes, I'm going this week to pay off my only CO and hopefully turn it into a positive by getting them to remove the lates. Because it's an older account for me. But, I have CA's that I'm dealing with so was wondering if BKY and CO are only considered high and CA counted as low?
As long as CO is on report, it can significantly suppress score, even if lender agrees to remove lates.
With CA, it depends how they report. They can report by OC, CA, or both. If reported by both, OC has acquired agency to help collect. You want to try for PFD, which is easiest when only owned by CA. Most OC won't PFD.

Unfortunately once it's COd, it is permanently a derogatory account, regardless of whether they remove the lates. BK is the worst derogatory, followed by CA and CO which are pretty much at the same level. CO maybe slightly lower than CA.
