If you guys are agressive with the debt, I think you can pay the chase cards to 0 and get all the rest of your cards below 30% utilization. At that point you are pretty close to 10% total utilization so might be worth shooting for that goal as well. If you can get over 680, you'll avoid a higher pmi. I think that score is within your reach if you can be agressive with the debt.

Ideally, I would pay whatever has the highest interest rate and not worry about how it affects your score. Your scores will eventually reflect the change regardless. But since you are looking for changes soon, I would spread the balances across as many cards as you can evenly. One card with 99% util looks worse than three at 33%.
