How accurate are the simulators on this site?

Not even remotely accurate.

Simulators on this site are about as accurate as they are anywhere else... which isn't very accurate.  This doesn't mean that they won't "come close" on occasion, but many times they're completely useless.  My suggestion is to ignore them, as for the most part they're garbage.  The best simulators you'll ever find are the well-versed members of this forum if you start a thread and provide as much profile detail as possible.

Up until today they always came close for me. But each of my scores shot up between 11-17 points today. The simulation didn't see that one coming.
