How do you file a Consumer Statement and does it help?

Can you file from MyFico?

Also does anyone read them?

I have a paid medical collection and I want to post three points;

1) I thought they were doing auto-debit on my cc and it turns out they were not

2) When they contacted me we played phone-tag for weeks

3) When I got the collection letter, I contacted the Collection Agency, made payment plans and had them paid off quickly.

4) Even though PIF I voluntarily contacted the Drs. Office, found out what they paid to the collection agency, and reimbursed them for that, even though I was not asked to nor required to by law.

Will the above make any difference to creditors or am I wasting e-breath?

I put a statement on my Equifax report.  I did it during the dispute process at the bottom of the page.  With the Equifax Gold  product and on my True Credit that statement shows up.  It does NOT show up when I pull my reports here on MyFico.  So can't say whether it helps or not.  I see it.  Not sure anyone else does.

No, myFICO is not an avenue for filing disputes.  myFICO is run by FairIsaac, who have absolutely nothing to do with what is posted on your CR.  They simply provide a formula for use by the CRAs to calculate your score based upon what is in their CRs.  Yes, myFICO does give you credit reports, but they are obtained from the CRAs, and not generated or affected by FairIsaac.
The proper avenue under the FCRA is for dispute directly to the CRA.  They are the ones with the legal obligation to investigate the data in your report.
The value of a consumer statement entered into your file is strictly at the discrection of its value by a potential creditor when reading your report.  If it is well reasoned, it may help.  If illogical, it may hurt.  There is no way for anyone to evaluate its value other than the one reading it.
As for the specific statement that you propose to add to your report, it inherently acknolledges that the collection account was proper since you paid it off.  I doubt if many reading it will look beyond that fact and want to delve into the "who shot John" reasons behind it.  Just my opinion.
