The Equifax score sold here is the Beacon 5.0 version and seems to be what almost all lenders are using these days. So you can consider it very accurate. The TU (Transunion) score is an older TU98 version and while many lenders have moved on to the newer TU04 there are still many TU98 pulls every year.
