Is that consistent with where it has been?

Yep, just going up a month at a time.

Do you have access to your before and after FICO negative reason codes listed in rank order? Seeing how they [may] have shifted could offer insight.

Interestingly, I lost 3 points on Equifax on my FICO 8 the other day for seemingly no reason.
What changed between your before and after reports?
Not a single thing I can see. No balances changed, nothing fell off, nothing was added. I'm completely stumped.
I see minor unexplainable 1-3 point score changes from time to time. I chalk it up to dust in the wind and move on. If over 5 points, I try to dig deeper to flush out root cause(s).
Still interested in seeing your score change from 3 or less cards reporting small balances.

Working on it. Should end the next month with Chase Prime, AODFCU, Cash+, and Apple Card reporting.
I do believe that I should be safe to have a balance on six though, right? I thought I read that Equifax wants 1/3rd of cards with a balance or less.
What do you mean by "safe" exactly, @crystal626?
It's safe to have 100% of your accounts with a balance ![]()

I mean for optimum scoring from Equifax. I read somewhere that it's 50% of accounts with a balance with Experian and TransUnion and 33% with Equifax.
With Experian many profiles can report 100% of cards with small balances and no negative impact on F 8/9 score. I won't say that's true for all profiles but, in general, EX is insensitive to QTY.
In contrast, EQ and TU F 8/9 scores are sensitive to QTY - although not to the degree of their old Fico mortgage counterparts. Not sure about % with balance threshold difference between TU and EQ.
50% cards reporting balanced is often used as a guideline to mute a penalty from too many cards with balances. However, a lower percentage reporting is usually required for zero point loss on EQ/TU.
I see incremental losses from 1-3 points going from 1 of 5 => 2 of 5 => 3 of 5 => 4 of 5 => 5 of 5 cards with balances. As an example, in months where my AG UT was at 2%, TU F8 score varied from 844-838. Cards reporting balances ranged from 1 of 5 (20%) to 4 of 5 (80%). (See data in TU score table in the thread: Discover Card Fico score summary confusion.
Everyone talks about % of cards reporting balances. Be aware that Fico has a metric for too MANY accounts with balances and that metric is not specific to revolvers.
I recall a poster with 36 cards. No score change 1-5 cards reporting but a minor drop when the 6th reported (16.7%). I think QTY was the trigger in his case. Given you have 18 or 19 cards, I'm pretty sure 1-3 reporting is inconsequential to score and potentially 4 as well. You will need to test your own profile to see how it reacts.
P.S. I often post in sections so best to wait 15 minutes to see my full reply before responding.
I'll say that all of my scores seem to be pretty steady no matter what my normal activity is. Recently even Vantage on my Credit Karma doesn't swing, it's a steady 820-825 for both.
