How long does it take for my FICO score to go up ?

We're going to need a lot  more information from you such as:  What are your scores now?  What steps are you taking to raise your scores?  What are you current data points including CC utilization, DTI, etc.

I suggest you start by searching this forum and reading as much as you can.

Scores not good fico 581.  Currently i am working to get three visa cards down they r all high over limit... i went with a credit tradeline or something opened up newcoast direct with a limit of 5000...im hoping this will assist..

They can potentially go up significantly in a short period of time, depending on why they were depressed to begin with and what you are doing to address those reasons
