Fico won't calculate untill they get that 6th month reported from that TL (Im presuming you are coming from having no credit)...
Some scores can calculate before that (Sometimes Vantage can, I actually got a score from discover from one of these early score calculations... L2C) when i first apped..
If your trying to see whats happening... Vantage might let you have a early peek at your progress but remember its not the same as a FICO score...
(Theres a whole bunch of "enhanced/added data" products to generate whats basically a new account score, but its not a fico score.. that takes 6 months of reporting)
