As RobertEG said FICO is a predictive score I am not sure about the two years. The score evaluates your credit history for both good and bad characteristic(s). I have read FICO has done studies to find out how accurate the score(s). The results are something 99.5% accurate if I remember correctly. I tried at one time to find articles about the studies on the internet and was unable to.. Because of their accuracy you see their score products used widely through out the lending industry. Many of the posts and articles shows the characteristic(s) the score model likes and does not like.
