So the b#stards ding'd my score 20 points b/c of an inquiry. I worked with two mortgage brokers this time around, and the first one pulled my credit 12/23. The bank didn't pull it until 1/24. That's over the 30 day window by a day, and now they want $2000, or .75% more on the rate I "locked".
I need 20 points NOW. What's the fastest way to get 20 points when you have no open installment loans, and zero credit card balances?
