MYFICO provides about 8-10 FICO scores each for all three bureaus,
Your best bet for daily monitoring is Experian.com
Although it's the only game in town I'm aware of, the only thing with MyFICO is that you will not get daily updates to your MTG scores. If all 3 files have the same data or close enough, you can get the EX subscription for cheaper and see your EX2 score, pull your 3B with MyFICO before or after then watch your EX MTG daily for any changes. Not science but may be a cheaper way to monitor without pulling MyFICO several times within a month. Sounds like you don't have much time to prepare?
But if your finances allow, pulling multiple 3B in a short period when prepping for such a large purchase is worth the expense in my opinion. One thing I don't think I saw mentioned here, MTG scores like minimal # of accounts reporting so that is an action you may be able to take in a short period of time that could positively impact your MTG scores.
What @Trudy said, and also you get a 20% discount for the 3B/1B reports when you have a myFICO subscription.
A 1-bureau report is $15.96 and a 3B is $47.88. That might save you some money.
Thanks everyone.
I've subscribed to myfico and Experian. I believe it'll be worth the money until I've bought the house, then I'll cancel.
I've successful disputed things on Experian and got it deleted. Currently waiting for the results from Equifax and TransUnion. Too forever to be able to dispute.
I love Experian. They are so easy and quick. No trouble at all.
Equifax and TransUnion is a headache! Ugh

I want my score to be above 700 before closing.
Which website and monitoring service should I be using so I can improve my score?
Also is it too late? I'm putting an earnest money offer on a home tomorrow.
TIA
Not to be a downer here but if you are putting earnest money down you likely have less than 30 days to do anything with your scores before you have to lock your rate (you can't complete the underwriting process without locking your rate)
At this point I am not sure how useful any monitoring service will be
Experian was quick. Took a day for two dispute to get off my report. Bump my mortgage score from 664 to 739.
The dispute is still in progress for the other two but my score bump a little for removing a closed dispute that I initiated a couple years ago that didn't go away(thought it would automatically update) on my report for one my credit card.
Equifax mortgage score from 661 to 667
TransUnion mortgage score from 653 to 655.
Just need one more bureau to go over 700(I don't know what's the minimum for top rates) since the middle number of the 3 is chosen.
I hope one of it gets resolved before my credit score gets pulled again, this time for the mortgage process to close a home. First pull was to get me pre-approved to be able to look at houses with my agent.
+1 on the myfico. I have not found any that come close. As others said you won't get the mortgage scores updated but when you are eligible for a 3b pull, but once you know where they are at then you will be able to tell from the alerts for fico 8 whether they are going up or down.
I don't watch mine as close any more, but when I was getting ready for my mortgage this was a life saver. I still have my subscription, I just keep it paused. Once my 6 months are up on the pause, I'll pay the 40 bucks, then pause it again for another 6 or 3, depending on my mood that day. You can always pay for an extra 3b pull which may be useful when you get close, but this is a little pricey. I don't know of any other place that gives you as much information as you get with those reports.
My offer got rejected.
So still house hunting.
I'm bummed out cause I really like that place.
But I'm trying to not be dismay by focusing on the fact that my credit report and score isn't ready.
The two dispute is the same as of the Experian one that got removed within a day so I'm worried as to why I still haven't heard back from Equifax and TransUnion.
How possible is it that it won't be removed on those two? Waiting is so long when you're impatient about something. *Sigh*
