Inquires - what will my score do?

My inq's are as follows:

11/2014 - EX Wells Fargo (x2), Amex, Chase

                EQ - Chase

12/2014 - EX - Chase, Citi (no approval, hit with 4506)

                EQ - Chase

1/2015 - EX - Amex

2/2015 - EQ - Acura Financial (x2)

3/2015 - EX - Amex

4/2015 - EX - Chase, Amex

              EQ -  Amex

5/2015 - EX - Citi, Wells Fargo

6/2015 - EX - Bank of America

So thankfully no apps/inquires since June 2015.  Once these hit 12 months how much of a gain can I expect?

Current scores:

EX - 746

EQ - 753

TU - 712

Re: Inquires - what will my score do?

Hi MC. It's hard for me to sort through all the dates.  Is there any way you could just tell us your total number of inquiries for each CRA?  (Ignore those over a year old.)

Also, can you tell us how many credit cards total you have right now?  And of those, how many were opened in the last 12 months?

I think your question boils down to:

If I didn't get any more inquiries or any new accounts until July 2016, how much better might my score be?

Is that right?

PS.  Do you have any negatives?  (lates, collections, liens, etc.?)  Do you know what your AAoA is right now (average age of accounts)?  Were any of the inquiries for auto or mortgage rate shopping and within a 14-day window?

Why is your TU score so low relative to the other CBs? You don't list any inquiries on TU. Is something else in play on your credit reports?

TU has a baddie that will be 7 years 2/2016.  Since 11/2014 I have gotten (3) cards with Chase (going to close the Ritz card soon), (3) with Amex (but I closed the PRG), (1) with Citi, (1) with BOA, and a 2nd card with WF (previous and oldest card is a WF Visa opened 8/2013).

I'll be glad to see what help/advice I can give you.  But it would help me first if you can answer the questions I gave you.  Best wishes...

Inquires (total since 11/2014)

EX - 12

EQ -5 (2 of these were 1 day apart - Acura Financial)

There is a paid Verizon from 2/2009 on all (3).  For some reason it does not show as a negative (here on my myFICO reports) on EQ/EX but does on TU.

There was a lien on my car loan but it was paid in full this month.  This has already updated on EX and did not change my score.

Outside of the Verizon there are zero negatives of any kind (no lates, collections, etc.).

I have seen it calculate my AAoA today as 2 years and on another day 2 years 7 months.

I was wondering that when some of my INQ's turn 12 months next month if I might gain a few points or not.

Re: Inquires - what will my score do?

Yes.  When some of your inquiries turn 12 months old, you might gain a few more points.  You might need to wait till 13 months for any benefit to fully register.

I am still unsure (because I haven't seen it summarized in one place) how many open credit cards you have (total) and of those how many were opened in the last year.

Posted above:

Re: Inquires - what will my score do?

Real sorry MC, but I am still in the dark about your total number of cards right now.  It sounds like you have opened nine new cards 11/2014.  But that doesn't tell me how many you have now, since (a) you may have had some before 11/2014 and (b) you may have closed some of the nine you recently opened.

It's a real straightforward question: how many cards do you have now?  And of those, how many were opened recently?  Just two numbers.  Ignore closed cards or cards you are about to close.

8 total cards

Latest card is June this year (BOA).
