Hello all,
There might be a lot of posts in this forum about AZEO, but just wanted to share my experience hopefully it helps.
I've been rebuilding my credit and practicing AZEO, but last month decided to put balance on another card, so I paid off the forst card and let it report zero balance. The second card reports two weeks after the first card. I lost 11-13 points for "No recent credit card balances"
I will update this post when the new statement is posted, hopefully I get my points back.
This is well know. Also called the "All Zero" penalty. Once you report a balance again. You'll get the points back. Util has no memory.

Don't know how many credit cards you have. Nonetheless, if you let 2 cards report small balances during a transition instead of zero, then point loss would have been less. Likely 0 points but no more than 5.

This has nothing to do with AZEO (all zero except one).
It has everything to do with the "All Zero" penalty.

I will update this post when the new statement is posted, hopefully I get my points back. I carry a $3.00 balance on one card.
The points will come back as soon as a small balance reports.
