Mortgage Score Simulator

MyFico only gives me simulation for F8. Is there a simulator out there with Mortgage FICO Scores (5, 4, 2)?

The only thing that I am aware of is a tool that only loan officers have access to (I don't remember what they call it) and even that is not completely accurate all of the time.

Re: Mortgage Score Simulator

Just as @dragontears  stated, I think only mortgage professionals have access to this type of simulator. From what I've heard, it's called "What if" simulator or even Rapid Rescore.

Hope this helps.

Re: Mortgage Score Simulator

Thank you both. Yes, it's called Credit Expert What If Simulator and lenders use it. I was hoping to get access to it or some other product that does the same. But I guess it's not out here for consumers.
