Lender BoA is telling me my FICO is Exp- 623 Equi-646 now what i just bought tells me Exp-732 Equi-723 obviously this is a huge difference. please inform me about what is going on or what the heck im missing.
More than likely different scoring systems from the two lenders/providers.
My MyFico TU score is 700+, On Barclay Fico TU its 630 something. But they use two different models.

EQ and EX purchased here are the 08 models, and could definitely be different elsewhere. That's a big gap though. Do you happen to have a collection on your report for less than 100 bucks?
Mortgage lenders typically use the 04 series of scores.
The ones found here are EX 08, EQ 08, and TU 98.
how do i get the 04 FICO?
and yes there was a collection of $73 that i found and then paid

That's why there is a big difference. The 04 model that they are pulling still factors in collections that are under $100. The newer 08 model, which you are buying here, doesn't count collections under $100. That's why the big difference.
And you can't buy an 04. EQ 04 was available for purchase here up until a few months ago. Now EQ 08 is sold.
