So, I have been closely wacthing my 3B mortgage scores to get prequailified for a Mortgage and a few weeks back my scores according to the 3B report looked positive.
I had my TU at 672, EQ at 640 and EXP at 641. My LO told me I was crazy and not to believe the MYFICO stuff as it reports inaccurately. He stated my scores as 652, 618 and 593. I have to say what gives? I thought this was the most accurate source for our scoring
I just found out from myFICO support that the Mortgage score are only educational. I feel scammed, and am thinking about reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

The CSR with whom you spoke is clueless. They are not "educational" scores.

Hahahahahahaha... Funny!
Sorry but your LO is wrong and I would find someone else. Also you said you were watching closely maybe this was a older non updated score by a chance but if you pulled real time and they did it should closely match.Anytime it's off its either it wasn't done real time when updated it your LO is keeping scores low to get higher interest rate thus making more money. But by him saying don't pay attention to my fico I would get another LO
I recently (as of this past week) had a pull from Kroll Factual Data - identical scores to here. Kroll is one of the major tri-merge pullers, and we would've heard if they hadn't matched in the past.
Odds are something else is going on, we've had one mortgage pull ever not match up and that was a portfolio lender who was pulling a FICO 8 score set... which is highly unusual to say the least.
Your lender should've given you the score disclosure, what did it say? Score, bureau, and range if given?
