Sooo, my Fico has my Equifax score at 514 however when I pull the report directly from Equifax, it states a score of 569? Which is right? I know Eq has their own scoring models but I'm trying to figure out what my real Eq fico score is because I don't think myFico is right.

You're comparing apples and oranges; the Equifax score is not a FICO score.
The Equifax FICO score provided on MyFICO is "real".
Your MyFICO will be the most 'up to date' as possible with everything it can That's why sometimes when you pay certain things down you may see a decrease in score since it adds additional information as well that you may not be considering at that point (just expecting it to increase)
Call me crazy but I find it hard to believe my Equifax FICO Score hasn't moved even 1 point since January for everything that has changed on my report since then. I just don't. And yes, as I said in my original post, I know the Equifax score is not a FICO Score however they are mighty far apart in the numbers. It just doesn't smell right...lol
Sometimes my EQ would be like 3 months behind even with the SUB I just hated it...I never knew what was right/updated. So I just stick to the MyFICO when it comes to 'most current'
3 months? Geez. They need to get it right over there...lol
There can be huge variances between Fico scores and non Fico scores. So it isn’t that one is right and one is wrong.., apples to apples oranges to oranges.
If you haven’t pulled the 3B from my Fico in the past week, might be worth pulling again.
