Forget the FAKO score changes. They do not reflect cganges in your FICO score.
If you want to improve your FICO score, I would stop disputing items on your CR and don't apply for any new credit. Also I would focus on your reported CC util and look into GW for the derog information.
The advice given to you by your supervisors is wrong and unethical so I would either collect information from here on other sources to show them and I would also check with your legal office as well.

I have already decided to stop disputes, the last one i did was meant to be the last one and was to correct payment information that was inaccurate. My total revolving credit limit is $24100 and I currently have $62.77 reported on my credit report, so I am currently at 00.26% util.
I am done with GW. Even with 5 derogs on my credit report, I will have approximately a 680 FICO when the dispute investigations come off. I don't need any better credit for anything.
The advice given to me by my supervisors is based on needs of the US Army.... it is not based on my own personal needs. The army needed me to fix some negative items immediately FOR THE ARMY. I followed the advice I was given and it served its purpose, THE ARMY IS HAPPY. That was the only reason I started this in the first place.
Now that I am trying to improve my credit FOR ME, I no longer need to do any DV letters, disputes, or goodwills. I will just keep my util low and continue to pay my existing cards and loans on-time and the great banks that have already extended me loads of credit will continue to give me CLIs, new cards, auto loans, etc.

I spoke with current and former members of the military here at work and the said that they would have never advised someone to do what you were told to do.
Anyway stoping the disputes is good and your scores will continue to improve. Having low util makes you AA proof and reflects well on your DTI.

I know that util is around a 30% factor into the FICO score, but what does "AA proof" mean?
AA - adverse action. If they lower your CL or close your account altogether, it will effect your available credit but not your total utilization FICO score wise.
That is one of the many benefits in being to control how much, if any CC debt reports.
Mil wife here....I find this kind of disturbing. Your superiors actually told you to dispute everything to raise your score?! I think I need to keep on assisting my hubby in his credit recovery then, wow. He may end up in worse shape if he did that.
But I am glad things are working for you and I hope you continue to make strides in your credit journey.
